Ashley and her staff, aka her husband Niall and daughters Ava and Emma, are the first people I ever trusted enough to leave my fur-baby with overnight. My initially timid and cautious dog felt safe and at home in a matter of minutes. He was also afraid of staircases and at Ashley’s he learned to go up and down like a champ, and he has had the confidence to continue to do so at home. While I was away, Ashley gave me consistent updates on how Flicker was doing, including photos, videos, how he was eating, etc. which gave me the ability to relax and have a good time knowing that he was in good hands. Ashley’s assistant, Ava, spent time with Flicker watching movies, reading him stories, and playing hide and don’t seek with his toys. 😂 Flicker had such a good time, I was worried he wasn’t going to want to come home with me! Luckily, he still did, but he’ll be headed to Canine Comfort again very soon!

We dropped off our 7 year old Dalmatian, Brody for a week while on vacation. Brody can be very needy and requires lots of cuddles, hugs and kisses. Ashley was so amazing and responsive to all of Brody’s needs. He had one of the best weeks of his life! I received daily pictures and videos of my pup having a great time! I was completely at ease and had zero worries because I could tell how happy he was. It made my vacation that much better knowing Brody was in great hands and safe. I am so lucky to have found Ashley of Canine Comfort Pet Sitting. My dog Ollie takes time to warm up to people and new surroundings. But he was comfortable with Ashley so quickly. She has the magic of knowing how to reach him. Her set up is perfect if your dog needs a calm place without a lot of other dogs around. Ashley is an experienced dog person having worked in rescue for years with fearful dogs. As soon as I heard she opened a pet sitting business I knew she would be the right person for Ollie. I have already booked 2 more stays and we haven't even finished our first stay. But the videos, text and pictures say it all.
